HouseWarmers MAIDS LLC ("HouseWarmers") makes available for your use on this Web site (the "Site") information, documents, software and products (collectively, the "Materials") and various services operated by HouseWarmers (collectively, the "Services"), subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this document (the "Terms of Use"). For users who are twenty-one (21) years of age or below, a legal guardian must be present while reading the Agreement. If you or your legal guardian do not agree with the Terms of Use, please stop using the Site immediately. By accessing or using this Site, which includes your access to or use of any of the Services, you agree to the Terms of Use. HouseWarmers reserves the right to change the Terms of Use from time to time at its sole discretion. POLICY ON DAMAGE AND LOSS

HouseWarmers expects and clearly advises all clients and or potential clients to secure all valuables, including jewelry, cash or any and all items of value. It is not our policy to reimburse any claims resulting from an alleged theft or damage, without the explicit, clear and incontrovertible proof, that HouseWarmers or an agent of HouseWarmers was singularly responsible. The filing of a police report IS NOT considered incontrovertible proof. An Employee or direct agent of HouseWarmers would have to be charged and found guilty, before HouseWarmers would assume any liability, and further such liability will be limited to the extent allowable by law and our insurer. For loss or damages to property, HouseWarmers generally will not reimburse any amount greater that 20% of your total service cost. Should you require to be exempted from this policy you MUST submit in writing a request to be exempted, clearly stating the item(s) of value, their location, and their value. Failure to do so, will categorically result in a refusal to accept responsibility for any claim. Additionally Any client falsely accusing HouseWarmers, its employees, management or agent, through social media, or through BBB or internet, without the investigation and conviction by the local authorities, WILL face Civil litigation, and be Held liable for all expenses, fees, loss of revenue, loss of contracts, and legal expenses, to the maximum allowed by state law.

This Site could include technical or other mistakes, inaccuracies or typographical errors. HouseWarmers may make changes to the materials and services at this Site, including the prices and descriptions of any products listed herein, at any time without notice. The materials or services at this Site may be out of date, and HouseWarmers makes no commitment to update such materials or services.
